AMARRA is the trading name under which Patrona SpA carries out its nautical business. Menorca is where the business is run from; it is not where the company is incorporated, and this notice keeps the two apart deliberately.
Patrona SpA is not registered on the Spanish intra-community operators register. It holds neither a Spanish tax number (CIF) nor an intra-community VAT number, so a VIES lookup will return no result. We state it here so nobody has to find out on their own.
What we do
AMARRA acts as a yacht charter booking agency. It is accredited as an agency on the NauSYS booking platform under company ID 76713970.
AMARRA does not own or operate the vessels published on this site. The charter contract is entered into directly between the client and the operator that owns the vessel, and is governed by that operator's terms. AMARRA is not the carrier and is not responsible for the performance of the charter itself.
Published prices are the operator's own. AMARRA adds no mark-up for the client: it is paid a commission by the operator.
Availability, rates and specifications come from third-party systems and may change without notice. Nothing published on this site is a binding offer until a booking has been confirmed in writing.
Intellectual property
The text, design, structure and other original elements of this site belong to Patrona SpA unless stated otherwise. Reproduction without written permission is not allowed.
Vessel photography and descriptions come from NauSYS and from the owning operators, and are published with their permission. Some illustrative images come from Unsplash. Third-party trade marks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
If you hold rights over any material published here and believe it is being used improperly, write to zagatomiami@gmail.com and we will take it down while we look into it.
Links and liability
This site may link to pages belonging to operators, manufacturers and other third parties. AMARRA does not control their content and is not responsible for it.
AMARRA takes reasonable care that the information published is accurate and current, but does not warrant that data drawn from third-party systems is free of errors. Where anything published here conflicts with the operator's own terms, the operator's terms prevail.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Chilean law, without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to you by the consumer legislation of your country of residence where you act as a consumer.
