Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Patrona SpA, RUT 78.421.914-3, registered at Arquitecto Juan Herbage 6149, depto 404, Vitacura, Región Metropolitana, Santiago, Chile, operating from Menorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.

What data we process
- Data you give us. Name, email address, telephone number and delivery port or address, when you fill in the enquiry form. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we also process the content of that conversation.
- Booking data. Dates, destination, vessel and number of people. If the booking is confirmed, the operator may additionally require crew details and sailing qualifications.
- Browsing data. Pages visited, language, device, referral source and approximate IP address — only if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not process special categories of data and we do not make automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you.

Who we share your data with
- The operator of the vessel you choose. This is unavoidable if there is to be a booking at all: the charter contract is signed with them.
- NauSYS (MMK Booking Manager), the booking platform through which we manage availability and requests.
- Equipment suppliers, only where you request equipment on board, and only with the data needed for delivery.
- Technology providers: Vercel Inc. (site hosting) and Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics, only if you accept cookies).
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising purposes.
International transfers
You should know this plainly: Patrona SpA is a Chilean company, and Chile is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision on data protection. Your data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area.
Where that happens we apply appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses with the processors involved, and we limit the transfer to the data strictly needed to deal with your request. You can ask us for a copy of those safeguards at the contact address above.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that did not become bookings: twelve months from the last contact.
- Confirmed bookings: the period required by applicable commercial and tax law, with a minimum of six years.
- Analytics data: fourteen months.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to zagatomiami@gmail.com saying which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the supervisory authority of your country of residence. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Minors and changes
This site is not aimed at people under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with its date. If a change affects you materially and we have your email address, we will tell you.
